The location has always been a place for family and friends for decades. It was abandoned and the city decided to revitalize it by launching a public bid to attract potential investors. A concerned individual who grew up visiting the location in his childhood submitted a proposal and won the bid to construct an amusement park. He started the project and then invited a group of his friends to join his vision and make the park come to fruition.
